We typically ship via FedEx but may use other carriers including, but not limited to USPS and UPS. We do not ship on weekends and U.S. holidays. Turn around time varies by the complexity of the project but will be quoted at time of order.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
Any order that is customized or personalized is non-refundable. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and Awards By Hammond must be notified prior to the return. These return items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.
