LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS: Contact Awards by Hammond for special quotations.

PRICES: We reserve the right to withdraw or change the price on any item without notice.

PRODUCTION TIME: 7 working days for average orders produced at Awards by Hammond. Items not produced in our plant subject to manufacturer schedule.

RUSH CHARGES: No rush charge for items produced at Awards by Hammond (Except for rush freight or charges from outside factories).

CATALOG ITEMS: All sizes, heights and colors are approximate and Awards by Hammond reserves the right to substitute items without notice.



TAXES: Customer is liable for any and all federal, state and local taxes. Tax number and certificate must be supplied for any exemptions.

CREDIT INFORMATION: All orders are C.O.D. unless credit application has been filled out and approved by Awards by Hammond. Credit limits may vary by account. $25.00 minimum billings, $5.00 service charge for less than min. ($12.00 absolute min.). Terms are net 30, if not paid in full within 30 days finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be added (18% annum) 50¢ min. charge.

DOWNPAYMENT: All orders subject to full or partial payment in advance at the discretion of Awards by Hammond.

CUSTOMER ITEMS: Awards by Hammond cannot be responsible in any way for work done on or with items not purchased from us (or changes made to already completed orders). Price for mounting, engraving, altering customer items by quote.

ENGRAVING/LETTERING: Awards by Hammond allows reasonable latitude for styles and set-ups, however we may add extra charges for specific customer requests at the discretion of  Awards by Hammond.

SIGNS/NAME BADGES: Colors or styles other than Awards by Hammond's standard are subject to additional charges.

SET-UP CHARGES: By quotation. All screens, embroidery tapes, logos on computer disc, etc. remain the property of Awards by Hammond, Inc.

ARTWORK: Artwork provided to Awards by Hammond by customers must be sharp, color separated, black and white camera ready to size. If not supplied with order, the charges vary with complexity of layout.

ENGRAVING/LETTERING: Must be submitted as clear, legible, and correctly spelled. Awards by Hammond cannot be responsible for phoned in, faxed, handwritten or illegible engraving or lettering.

C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: Add $10.00 per shipment.

DROP/SPLIT SHIPMENTS: By quote.

INSURANCE: By request, charges added to invoice.

SHIPPING: Handling charges added to invoice. All orders not produced at Awards by Hammond are charged freight from manufacturer. Routing instructions given with the order will be used whenever possible and practical. Otherwise shipment will be made in the best and cheapest way according to our judgement, but without responsibility for carriers or en route delays. All claims (damage, delay or loss) should be promptly filed by the purchaser with the carrier at delivery.

OVER/UNDER RUNS: Applies mainly to ad-specialty items. Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity of merchandise ordered. However, for imprinted and custom merchandise we must reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount of the order and bill accordingly.

MINIMUMS: All orders are subject to minimum quantities and pricing.

RE-ORDER PRICES: Priced accordingly to new quantity and minimums.

TRADEMARK USAGE: Products and logos shown in this catalog appear only to illustrate the basic products and ability to include messages and art on them, but are never intended to suggest the the imprints were designed by this company or that the products with those specific imprints are readily available to any purchaser without permission of the owners of the trade- marked or copyrighted art or copy. All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right to privacy, patent, or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any such laws, and Awards by Hammond, Inc. hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer's copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold factory harmless of any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as a consequence of the factory's use of said copy or other material or the operations undertaken by this agreement.
